Unilin Technologies, the IP and technology division of Mohawk Industries, has announced a partnership agreement with PREWI, a renowned manufacturer of quality measuring equipment and tooling systems for the wood-based material processing sector.

The innovative technology premiers at Domotex Hannover, January 12 to 15.

Pervanovo said its intention is to acquire 100% of the shares of Spin Valis, which is one of Croatia's largest manufacturers of solid oak furniture and 420 employees, and the company will be renamed Bjelin Spinvalis. 

The technology allows flooring manufacturers to produce only one type of panel instead of two, allowing manufacturers, distributors and retailers to reduce the number of SKUs they need to stock.
