Today, Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFSIA) announced that it has completed the previously announced transaction to sell its Bentley Prince Street subsidiary to President Anthony Minite, key members of the company’s management team and Dominus Capital, L.P., a private equity investment firm.
