Shannon Cochran to lead Shaw’s commercial brand, Patcraft, replacing Jeff West

Patcraft reports Shannon Cochran will have responsibility for the Patcraft brand strategy and execution, leading the brand’s marketing team and maintaining leadership of the brand’s design team.
Nine furnished apartments featuring Shaw products will house young professionals going through training in Dalton, Ga., and to assess product performance, user experience and the latest design trends.
Shaw Floors launches new hard and soft surface offerings under its recently refreshed Main Street collection, featuring in-budget and on-time styles leading in design and performance.
New offerings include premium carpet tile collections that are engineered for performance and durability in high traffic environments and several made-in-America hard surface products.
John Stephens will be responsible for developing a consumer-centric and future-focused marketing strategy which includes partnering with retailers to execute innovative consumer experiences.

Shaw introduced the Associate Dependent Scholarship Program in 2019, awarding $1,000 scholarships to deserving high school students of Shaw associates.
In this role, Nina LoCicero will direct and oversee all aspects of the company’s residential marketing, with an emphasis on digital strategies focused on customers, consumers and other end users.
In his new role, Jay Smith will lead Shaw’s divisional and regional vice presidents, along with their teams of territory managers, in synergizing the company’s specification and relationship-building efforts with flooring contractors.
