Altro Flooring and Wall Cladding has acquired Debolon, a Dessau, Germany based manufacturer of premium vinyl flooring.

Both Altro and Debolon have very similar family cultures where staff, customers and suppliers are a key focus, according to Richard Kahn, Altro's CEO. Sustainability, innovation, quality and customer relationships are central ideals in both businesses. Coming together in Germany will mean that Altro can offer an even wider product portfolio and choices to customers, incorporating higher design flooring and hygienic walling systems.
