Effective Dec.1, or as contracts allow, BASF Corp. will increase prices for its styrene-butadiene latex polymers sold in North America.

In an effort to support the long-term sustainability of our business, prices will increase up to $.15 per dry pound on Styrofan products sold into the carpet industry.

According to the company, the increase is necessitated by recent cost increases in the production and delivery of these products.
