James Bissler and Bruce Reeve have received designation from the Flooring Contractors Association's (FCICA) Certified Installation Manager (CIM) program.

The CIM program is an online certification program specifically developed for and available to all who want to obtain the knowledge necessary to become a certified installation manager and learn the important skills required of that position, regardless of their affiliations. Bissler and Reeve received the designation after the completion of all eight modules of learning and related assessments with the required score.

"I chose the CIM program because I wanted to separate myself and my company from my competition,” said Bissler. “I have certified installers so it only made sense to take the next step and become a certified installation manager."
