Cordeck has purchased the HH Robertson brand for an undisclosed amount.
The asset purchase includes the in-floor cellular raceway system; also known as the Q-Floor/Taproute system, equipment, inventory and registered marks. Adding to Cordeck’s array of in-floor wire management solutions for commercial construction this purchase complements the existing N-R-G-FLOR and WalkerDeck product lines.
According to the company, in-floor wire management systems provide the benefit of a completely flexible solution for the entire life of a building. Cordeck solutions combine flexible and efficient performance with long-term cost savings.
“As a world-wide provider of in-floor wire management solutions, we are very committed to the on-going success of the HH Robertson legacy,” said Kenneth Moore, president and CEO of Cordeck. “This is an ideal opportunity to build upon a long-standing, solid reputation and reinforce its position in the industry for future generations of design and building professionals.”
With the addition of the HH Robertson system, Cordeck has enhanced the offering to accommodate even the most unique project requirements, said Moore.
