SCS Flooring Systems, a Fuse Alliance network member, has acquired Wallachs Floor Covering.

SCS Flooring is a full service commercial service provider serving the Western U.S. With over 30 years experience in the commercial flooring industry, Wallachs Floor Covering brings long-term client relationships, consistent sales performance and a track record of profitability.

According to Chmura, SCS Flooring’s acquisition of Wallachs allows the company to continue its aggressive strategic direction, increased growth across all segments and additional profit opportunities for company associates. In addition, Wallachs’ knowledge of the tenant improvement arena will allow for expanded outreach and presence in this segment, which continues to show steady growth. The acquisition also allows for continued expansion into the ceramic and stone product category, a major part of Wallachs' product and service offering. In order to continue effectively serving the company’s local, regional and national account customers, sales and administrative functions from both companies have been consolidated into one location in Irvine, Calif., under the SCS Flooring Systems name.
