CEO of the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA), Scott Humphrey will present 'The Necessity of Change' at the Flooring Association Northwest's (FAN) dinner meeting.

Scott Humphrey, CEO of the World Floor Covering Association (WFCA) will be the speaker at Flooring Association Northwest's (FAN) dinner meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 9 at the Rainier Golf & Country Club in Seattle.

At the dinner meeting, Humphrey will present 'The Necessity of Change.' 

Humphrey has over 40 years of experience in the floor covering industry. He spent 25 years of his professional career at Shaw Industries, where he served as a sales representative, recruiter, trainer, and head of leadership development for the organization before accepting his final role with Shaw as director of the Shaw Flooring Network. In that position, he was responsible for managing the team purposed with communication and interaction with the membership of over 2,000 elite, independent flooring retailers aligned with Shaw, providing the tools and resources to secure their success, and visioning for the future of the program.
