Prime Harvest Oak is Armstrong's newest hardwood floor collection. |
Prime Harvest Oak, a new hardwood floor from Armstrong, offers the look and durability of oak, according to the company.
“Prime Harvest Oak gives our dealers an exciting new story to tell about oak, with a brand new take on styling, colors and plank size,” said Milton Goodwin, vice president, product management-hardwood. "Oak is one of the most affordable hardwood choices and this new level of styling sophistication and premium quality make Prime Harvest Oak a great value in hardwood flooring today.”
Both timeless and versatile, these floors combine the warmth of classic oak with the elegance of five-inch planks to create a rich, inviting look that has broad appeal, according to Goodwin. “Slow growth trees produce denser, more stable wood with a tighter grain for floors with fewer streaks, knots or flaws."
Twelve shades, ranging from the white-washed effect of Mystic Taupe to the ruby-toned Berry Stained to the richness of Blackened Brown provide appealing choices to suit any personal style. These floors are designed to complement or contrast with a home’s interiors, including cabinetry, furniture and other elements of décor. Prime Harvest Oak, available in both solid and engineered structures, offers a traditional high gloss for a more formal look as well as a more casual, contemporary low gloss.
Solid Prime Harvest Oak features the Armstrong Lifetime Finish with aluminum oxide nano coat – a tough finish that resists against scratches, wear and stains. All Prime Harvest Oak floors are backed by a Lifetime Limited Residential Warranty and a 10-year Limited Commercial Warranty.
“Oak has always been one of the most affordable hardwood choices, and this terrific combination of great styling and premium quality make Prime Harvest Oak one of the best values in flooring,” said Goodwin.
