Ardex Americas was named a 2014 Healthiest Employer of Western Pennsylvania by The Pittsburgh Business Times for the third consecutive year, ranking fifth out of the top 15 companies earning the recognition.
"Approximately 90% of Ardex Americas employees participate in wellness programs. Many employees are self-motivated and others are driven by company-funded incentives. The programs are a very positive benefit," said Jesse David, Ardex president, U.S. and Canadian Divisions.

“The primary reason Ardex Americas promotes workplace wellness for employees and dependents is to maintain and improve health through proactive measures,” said Breanne Thompson, Ardex Americas benefits manager.
Ardex also offers no-cost preventive care under the employee medical plan. For tobacco cessation, the company provides no-cost options to include prescription products, telephonic and on-line programs through medical plan as well as online wellness tools and tobacco cessation options in the community.
