FCICA, the Flooring Contractors Association, will be hosting a webinar on Thursday August 15, 2013 at 11:00 am EST. Don Jewell of Capri Cork will present a webinar on Cork Flooring: From Forest to Factory to Flooring. Mr. Jewell will discuss four main points. First we will learn where cork comes from, next we will see how the cork is turned into flooring, then we will go into installation of finished tiles, and we will finish with where cork flooring should and should not be installed and time permitting get into some problems, causes, and cures. At the end of this seminar you should have a better understanding of why cork flooring is a great choice as a flooring material, how to properly install it, and where it might fit into your specifications or not.
