ARDEX Canada celebrates the grand opening of the ARDEX Canadian Training Academy, a new technical training center in Mississauga, Ontario. Seminars covering ARDEX Tile & Stone Installation Products, ARDEX Engineered Concrete Repairs Systems, ARDEX PANDOMO, ARDEX Polished Concrete Systems, ARDEX MC Moisture Control Systems, ARDEX Underlayments and Toppings and HENRY will be conducted at no charge.

“Despite challenging economic times, ARDEX has seen and met the demand for training opportunities for installers, contractors and many of our other key stakeholder groups,” said ARDEX Canada Business Manager, Bill Manus. “Our ARDEX Canadian Training Academylocation reinforces relationships and provides opportunities for the local market that would have never been possible before.”

In addition, ARDEX Americas will add 20 to 30 new jobs, has built a new marketing building and has expanded plant facilities in Aliquippa, Pa, Bourbonnais, Il and Stockton, Ca. 

“We have seen tremendous growth and opportunity in this geographic segment and know the ARDEX Canadian Training Academy will further enhance growth and use of our products,” added Seth Pevarnik, ARDEX Americas Director of Technical Services.

New employment opportunities include sales, plant operations, communications, and technical support personnel.  ARDEX Americas is one of 33 business units that are part of the privately held ARDEX Group, based in Witten Germany, with more than 1,800 employees worldwide.
