Välinge Innovation and German floor covering manufacturer Parador GmbH & Co. KG announce are partnering around Välinge Wood Powder Technology. Parador plan to take advantage of the unique features the Powder Technology offers and introduce the nadura floor as a complement to its current product range.
Parador will also enter into a cooperation with MeisterWerke Shulte GmbH, a company that holds a license for WFF, around the new product category that will be marketed under the nadura name.
Välinge Wood Powder technology was first launched as a surface technology where the new surface layer consists of a uniform mix of wood fibers, pigments, binding agents and hard particles. The new technology developed by Välinge had its first cooperation announced in January 2010 when Tarkett during the Domotex Hannover fair signed a license.
"We are very proud to welcome Parador into the selected group of partners in the Powder technology field. Parador is an innovative company and are strong in both design and marketing, so we are from Välinge’s side very pleased to have them as partners in this technology" said Niclas Håkansson, CEO, Välinge Innovation AB.
"We are always open to new technologies," added Volkmar Halbe, Chairman of the Managing Board of Parador, "so we are really looking forward to taking part in the development of a new surface technology."
