Shaw Industries’ ShawMark division is introducing a new display system designed to help consumers understand the company’s Anything Goes! carpets and warranties. The new display will also feature a QR Code that links to a video explaining the differences found in the Anything Goes! performance testing and no mat/no crush warranty.
Duane Goetze, ShawMark’s director of residential marketing, explained that the new program emphasizes the original message of Anything Goes! - performance and protection. “Anything Goes! styles must pass strict performance requirements based on two cycles of the Hexapod Drum test, two times the industry standard for durability testing. These styles are the only carpets tested, and required, to stand up to this extreme punishment and receive a superior rating. This ensures that the products will perform at an exceptional level.”
Goetze added that the Anything Goes! no mat/no crush warranty is based strictly on performance. “The Anything Goes! warranty explicitly covers appearance change due to matting or crushing.”
The graphics on the display are designed with a soft visual aiming to make an emotional connection. “Research shows this method to be most effective with floor covering shoppers,” Goetze noted.
The new display will hold up to 16 samples and will accommodate either the Anything Goes! Elite or Anything Goes! Green collection. Retailers should contact their distributor representatives for more information.
