Beaulieu is exhibiting at the 2011 National Apartment Association Education Conference & Exposition, June 23-25 in Las Vegas, with a portfolio of new carpet styles for the multi-family and condo markets. The products feature the company's Magic Fresh or Puralex built-in odor reducing treatment.
Featured on the floor of the Beaulieu booth (#2223) is BOLYU's Brushstrokes, from the Pure Collection. The modular style uses Beaulieu’s Avalar SDX solution dyed nylon with recycled content for durability and performance. “It has the look of a woven fabric with large patterning like paint strokes, hence the name Brushstrokes,” said Ben Hahn, a Beaulieu director of marketing and sales.
Beaulieu is also introducing three new broadloom collections from its Hollytex Quick Ship program: Canvas, Brush, andPaint, that are color-coordinated and designed for multi-family properties.
Canvas is a 28 oz., 100% BCF solution dyed nylon made in a densely constructed loop style. Its textured pattern is reminiscent of an old world cobblestone street with deep, rich colors designed to reduce the appearance of soiling and wear.
A unique, small-scale pinstripe design gives Brush the look of expensive European textiles, according to the company. This 26 oz. solution dyed nylon graphic loop pattern uses metallic yarn to create an effect in 12 colors.
Paint features organic colors and dynamic patterns, in a 26 oz. solution dyed nylon graphic loop.
Additionally, Beaulieu will be displaying its Beaulieu Property Management Solutions series. Solutions V and VI are made with PET solution dyed polyester fiber. The fiber is made with 50% recycled content – recycled plastic water and soft drink bottles – and is the highest such content in theindustry, according to the company. 3M Scotchgard protection comes standard with the products.
Solutions VII and VIII are 100% solution dyed nylon loop styles designed for high-traffic common areas such as corridors, lobbies and clubhouses.
