Bona US has named Dave Posey its regional sport manager for the West region and appointed John Fairbanks to regional sport manager for the Southeast region.

Posey and Fairbanks will both play critical roles in maintaining existing partnerships and increasing new business in the professional sports arena in their respective areas. Working closely with industry professionals and key departments at Bona, Posey and Fairbanks will be responsible for training, inventory, operating procedures and relationship management.

Most recently, Posey worked for Floor Style Products as the National Sports Flooring manager for three years. He is certified through NWFA as an installer and sand and finish and has also earned awards for Craftsman, Master Craftsman, Advanced Master Craftsman and Vanguard.

Fairbanks began his career at Bona in 2006 as the regional territory manager for the Southeast region developing and maintaining contractor partnerships and increasing new professional business. He has a plethora of hardwood floor experience in the California and Florida markets including contracting, retail, and distribution.
