Oriental Weavers USA Inc. has announced that Lane Sales Inc. will represent Sphinx broadloom in Connecticut, New Jersey and New York.  

Larry Lane, president of Lane Sales, has been in the flooring industry for more than 30 years. His agency will be responsible for developing new business and managing sales for existing dealers who carry Sphinx broadloom in their area. Lane started the company in August of 2002 with only one person covering the New York City area. Since then the company has grown into a sales agency group covering three states representing quality commercial, hospitality and residential floor covering products from around the world.

Prior to starting Lane Sales, Larry was with Collins & Aikman Floorcovering, now known as Tandus, managing the Northeast region. In addition to his experience at Collins and Aikman, he was owner of his Lane Enterprises Inc., a management consulting company, and was a partner and evp of The Rug Hold Co.
