Waterlox expands into social media
Waterlox Coatings Corp., based in Cleveland, has rolled out its latest website updates, including a redesigned Website and new Facebook and Twitter pages.
The redesigned Waterlox website atwww.waterlox.comprovides users with an overall information hub about their products and tung oil as well as solutions for wood flooring, countertops, furniture, and outdoor and commercial applications. A showcase of customer projects is also accessible from the home page.
“We listened to our customers and developed this new site based on their needs as it relates to Waterlox products and project solutions,” said Vice President Kellie Hawkins Schaffner. “In the future we’ll continue to update the site, delivering important Waterlox information ranging from press releases and new product launches to social media links and application videos.”
New Facebook and Twitter pages were created for Waterlox Coatings Corporation in reaction to growing social media popularity and an increased demand by consumers wanting to interact with their favorite business partners on the Web. These new communication channels will contain a blog with trends, customer testimonials and product, project and company information and announcements.
Links to the Waterlox Twitter and Facebook pages will soon be available on the Waterlox website. Launching social media platforms is necessary to stay in touch with customers and their customers, according to Schaffner. “We believe through feedback from our customers that this mode of communication will be accepted with open arms.”
