Avalon Carpet Tile and Flooring, has signed a 10-year lease for a 14th location at the former Staples space at 310-314 S Henderson Road, Henderson Square, in King of Prussia, Pa. Avalon said it expected to take occupancy this spring.

Henderson Square is a 102,360 sq. ft. shopping center in Montgomery County, just north of the Pennsylvania Turnpike. The Avalon space will occupy 24,000 sq. ft. The new store  will serve the designer, builder, and retail trade with convenient access to the burgeoning King of Prussia shopping area.

Established in 1958, Avalon Carpet Tile and Flooring serves the retail, design and building trade in the tri-state area with stores in Burlington, Cherry Hill, Eatontown, Egg Harbor Twp., Manahawkin, Ocean City, Point Pleasant, Rio Grande, Toms River, and Vineland.
