Mannington Mills has announced that it will raise prices by 5 percent on all ‘Better’ and ‘Best’ collection residential resilient sheet products, beginning Nov. 29.
“We continue to experience rising raw material costs, especially as they relate to plasticizers and resins. Due to reduced capacities, there has been a shortage of plasticizers, which has driven prices up dramatically. We are hopeful that these costs have peaked, but it will be some time before additional capacity comes on stream,” said Kim Holm, Mannington's president of residential business.
The increase will affect products in both the U.S. and Canada.
