Pictured is part of the construction of the new Schattdecor production facility in St. Louis. Schattdecor is a printed decor paper supplier; its products are used primarily in furniture and laminate flooring. The $69 million project on 15 acres will include a 93,500 sq. ft. building (Phase 1) and a 48,000 sq. ft. expansion (Phase 2). The project will also create 107 new manufacturing jobs, according to the St. Louis County Economic Council.
