California Building Performance Contractors Association (CBPCA) was recently awarded a grant of nearly $600,000 by the California Employment Training Panel. According to the association, business owners and employees in the state are eligible to receive a subsidy of up to 80 percent toward eligible training costs.

Eligible CBPCA programs include Home Performance with ENERGY STAR training; Home Performance Business Development training; Building Performance Institute training and certification; HERS Basic and HERS II training and certification; and Advance Building Performance Training.
