Keraben, Metropol Ceramica and Keratrim have agreed to combine their resources to become one entity, Keraben Grupo, S.A. Although these companies were already operating under the same ownership, they will now be united under one registered name while maintaining their own identity through their individual trade brands.
Earlier this year, Keraben Grupo’s board of directors began the initial steps to centralize and “optimize its facilities by grouping together,” the company says. As a result of this effort, a centralized loading place for the products was established to, among other things, reduce delivery times and miles driven, as well as increase expediency.
