Q.E.P. Co., Inc. said it has signed an agreement to acquire the business of ArborCraft Floors, which sells its products under the Tarkett and Harris brands. ArborCraft produces a broad line of hardwood flooring, including engineered plank, prefinished solid and unfinished parquets, along with a complete line of moldings and accessories. “We expect the acquisition of ArborCraft to add significant value to Q.E.P.’s distributor community. This is a first class product line that will fit well with our current portfolio of products,” said Jamie Clingan, Q.E.P.'s sr. vp sales and marketing.
