The Washington State Floor Covering Association was honored with the World Floor Covering Association’s Howard Olansky Large Association Affiliate of the Year Award during a presentation held at Surfaces 2010.
Other winners included: the Chicago FCA (Medium category) and the Sacramento Valley FCA (Small category). Runners up were: the Maryland-Northern Virginia FCA (Large category), the Minnesota FCA (Medium category) and the Idaho FCA (Small category).
