Buildco Wholesale Ltd., a distributor based in Surrey, British Columbia, said it will conduct all future business under the Pravada Floors Inc. and dissolve the Buildco name. Buildco recently acquired the operating and marketing rights of the Pravada hardwood flooring brand, based in Wilmington, Del. The move is designed to "streamline the distribution process and increase the company’s ability to expand its customer base," the company said. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"Pravada Floors will continue to provide quality wood flooring products, cost sensitive pricing and sustainable flooring solutions to all of its customers throughout North America," the company said.

Buildco Wholesale has been serving commercial and wholesale customers since 2003 throughout Western Canada. Pravada Floors offers flooring products including Eternity Engineered Hardwood, Platinum Laminate and Soundblocker underlayment.
