New from Roberts Consolidated Industries is the 10-128 Locking Handle Mini Stretcher. While the stretcher is locked via the unit's Ratchet Lock System, an operator can have his or her hands free to repair seams or tuck carpet, the company says. The locking feature can be turned on and off as needed.
