Capitol USA acquires Dixie Manufacturing and American Non-Slip
Capitol USA has acquired Norfolk, VA-based Dixie Manufacturing Corporation and The American Non-Slip Company, based in Cumming, GA. Dixie Manufacturing, in business from more than 70 years, produces CRI compliant jute, natural, non-slip and synthetic carpet cushion. The American Non-Slip Company produces a wide range of non-slip products for the flooring, automotive and retail industries.
