Previously, he served as general manager for Patrick Industries in Joy, Pa. Prior to that, Chapman spent more than 15 years at Armstrong World Industries working in various manufacturing capacities.

In his new position, Chapman is responsible for developing a manufacturing plan that is consistent with and supports the Tarkett Commercial vision to produce flooring products that are both innovative and cost-effective, as well as directing the resources necessary to implement the plan.
