LOS ANGELES--Mike Klingele was recently elected president of Diamond W. Floor Covering. Klingele succeeds Dennis Parks who recently resigned to pursue other interests.

The new president brings 31 years of industry experience to his position, including 28 years in top-level positions with LD Brinkman. He served as President of the West Coast Division for 11 years and most recently was Division Vice President of Beaulieu of America/LD Brinkman.

Klingele joined the industry as a factory representative for Congoleum Nairn in 1970. In the past, Klingel served as president of the National Association of Floor Covering Distributors and has served on the board of the World Floor Covering Association. He is also a recipient of the Southern California Floor Covering Association's Silver Trumpet Award.
