The Floor Covering Industry Foundation’s (FCIF) Board of Directors recently adopted new bylaws, elected new officers and hired new staff to run and house the foundation.

The board hired the Messersmith Group Inc. to manage the foundation. The Messersmith Group has a history of managing professional societies, trade associations and non-profit foundations.

New FCIF officers include Dr. Lloyd Messersmith as president; Teresa Stephenson as executive vice president; Larry Nagle as vice chairman, and Keith S. Campbell as secretary-treasurer.
