Sales for the second quarter were $55.5 million, compared with sales of $55.3 million reported in the second quarter of 2000. Net income for the quarter was $0.2 million versus a loss of $2.2 million in the second quarter of 2000. Earnings per share were $.02 compared with a loss of $.27 in the second quarter of 2000.

Sales for the six months that ended June 30, 2001 were $108.7 million decreased 3% compared with sales of $112.1 million in the first six months of 2000. The net loss for the first six months of 2001 was $3.5 million, or $.43 per share, compared with $4.1 million or $.50 per share for the first six months of 2000.
