Howard Olansky to moderate moisture panel discussion

NFT and FCI's Howard Olansky will moderate "Moisture in Concrete," a panel discussion for users, specifiers, and installers of floor covering products 8:30 a.m. Oct. 10 at the New York Helmsley Hotel, 212 E. 42nd St., New York City.

The Greater New York Floor Coverers Industry Promotional Fund has assembled a panel of industry experts who will discuss one of the leading causes of floor covering failures, and ways to prevent failures through proper specifications and testing.
