Interface Inc. announced that it intends to release its fourth quarter and year-end 2002 results on Wednesday, Feb. 19, after the close of the market.

Interface will host a conference call Feb. 20 at 9 a.m. EST to be simultaneously broadcast over the Internet.

Daniel T. Hendrix, president and chief executive officer, and Patrick C. Lynch, vice president and chief financial officer, will host the call.
