HMTX Forms New Contract and Trade Business Unit, Unifying Teknoflor and Metroflor Teams

Global manufacturer HMTX Industries has announced the formation of a new Contract and Trade Business Unit that will combine its Teknoflor- and Metroflor-branded divisions.
The restructuring, designed to accelerate growth and innovation, will be led by Russ Rogg, who will transition from his role as president of Metroflor to head the newly formed business unit.
"HMTX's Contract and Trade Business Unit showcases the organization's commitment to optimizing innovation, customer support and brand expansion," Rogg said. "I am excited to work with this impressive team of sales personnel and marketers on elevating both the Teknoflor and Metroflor brands."
The company has established a clear leadership structure with Nicolette Grieco appointed as vice president of sales for Teknoflor in the Midwest and Eastern United States, while Kendra Mahen will oversee Teknoflor sales in the Southwest and Western regions.
Keith Kannapel will continue in his role as vice president of Metroflor Branded Sales, and Doug Johnson will maintain his position as VP of OEM and Private Label Sales.
According to HMTX, this strategic alignment aims to provide customers with enhanced access to both product lines while maintaining the distinct brand identities that have established their respective market positions.
