The Mart Expands Design Footprint Ahead of NeoCon 2025

NeoCon 2025, the commercial design industry's most influential event, is raising the bar with significant showroom expansions and new exhibitors at Chicago's iconic Mart. As the 56th edition approaches this June, major brands are doubling their footprints while newcomers stake their claim in the design hub that continues to drive innovation year-round.
Since 2024, The Mart has completed over 175,000 square feet of leasing transactions, underscoring the venue's role in the commercial design ecosystem. Industry heavyweights including Wolf-Gordon, Davis Furniture, and Andreu World have significantly expanded their showrooms, with the latter doubling its space to 20,000 square feet.
Byron Morton, vice president & co-head of leasing said the expanded spaces allow brands to better showcase growing portfolios and innovations across wall-coverings, furniture, acoustics, and sustainable materials.
NeoCon 2025 will introduce a number of new and returning companies to its 7th-floor exhibit hall. The floor will feature dedicated, amenity-rich spaces for immersive activations and curated experiences and companies including: design-forward European brands like Ferroluce SRL, PlyCollection, and Visplay GmbH; architectural products, flooring, and technology innovators such as Formica, Slalom, AHF Products, Behr Paint, Configura, and Cyncly.
NeoCon 2025 will run June 9-11, with free registration for all attendees. Programming registration for keynotes, featured presentations, and workshops opens April 1, 2025.
