Havwoods Expands North American Presence with Castle Bespoke Flooring Acquisition

Kicking off its 50th year in business, global wood flooring specialist Havwoods has acquired Oregon-based Castle Bespoke Flooring, expanding its coast-to-coast presence across North America. The acquisition unites two family businesses with deep roots in the premium wooden surfaces industry.
Castle Bespoke Flooring, established in 1927 and built on four generations of expertise, has earned a reputation for meticulously crafted sustainable custom wood floors. The company's bespoke designs can be found in luxury homes, hotels, and commercial spaces throughout the U.S. mainland, Hawaii, Alaska, and Canada.
"This transition marks a new chapter in our journey," said Terry Brandsen, national account director at Castle Bespoke Flooring. "It allows us to expand our innovative offerings and take advantage of the extensive Havwoods' infrastructure while maintaining our commitment to unparalleled craftsmanship and sustainability."
The acquisition provides Castle Bespoke Flooring access to Havwoods' vast product range and advanced supply-chain networks, enabling improved in-person client services across a larger geographic area. Clients can expect extended operational hours, more product choices, and the same high-quality service they've come to rely on.
Jordon Munro, North America managing director at Havwoods, expressed enthusiasm about the new partnership: "We are so excited to welcome the Castle team into the Havwoods family on our 50th anniversary year. I have absolute confidence that together, we will continue to redefine the possibilities of wood flooring, crafting sustainable and beautiful environments for generations to come."
Havwoods, which began as a small family business in 1975, has grown into a global supplier in the wood flooring industry. The company offers engineered hardwood, decorative Herringbone patterns, parquet, and solid wood floors, as well as wood cladding options. Havwoods maintains showrooms across the globe, including a flagship location in New York.
