Celebrity designer Jennifer Farrell is taking the concept of a luxury showhome into the digital age through a new partnership with StyleRow, the design industry's leading project management platform.

The collaboration will bring Farrell's ambitious I.C.E. House (Interconnected Changeable Environments) project to a global audience through an innovative virtual platform. Located in France's Bordeaux wine region, the physical showhome transforms historic stone farmhouses into a vision of future living, featuring adaptable spaces and high-end design elements.

The project showcases how "the global culture of design is also personal and connected," combining ancient architecture with modern luxury and sustainable living solutions.

StyleRow founder and CEO Erinn Valencich will provide the technical backbone for this virtual experience, allowing design professionals and enthusiasts worldwide to explore the space through interactive, shoppable showrooms. The platform will offer exclusive behind-the-scenes content, design reveals, and product launches, including Farrell's upcoming furniture collection with Global Views, set to debut in summer 2025.

The two-year multimedia experience will culminate in 2026 with a VIP Reveal Party at the property. Design enthusiasts can register for updates and enter to win an exclusive travel package to attend the event in person.

The project represents a significant evolution in how design showhouses are experienced, combining physical luxury with digital accessibility. Through StyleRow's platform, visitors can explore every detail of the property while accessing product information and design resources, creating an unprecedented bridge between traditional showhouse experiences and modern digital engagement.
