USA Flooring announced the launch of a Partner Rewards Loyalty Program, designed by The Incentive Group for Pro Customers, with support from Shaw Industries.
The program tracks flooring purchases, offers exciting incentives and provides USA Flooring with a new way to engage a core segment of their target market - flooring influencers.
Fred Black, general manager of USA Flooring, said, “Nearly 70% of our consumers are influenced by someone who is familiar with our brand. These influencers are realtors, designers, contractors, property management, installers, handymen, renovation and restoration professionals in each of our markets. This program allows us to communicate collectively with these influencers as well as reward them for their loyalty."
