Go Carrera launched the new Reputation Score feature designed to empower flooring installers by showcasing their professionalism, reliability and quality of work. The Reputation Score offers installers a way to demonstrate their soft skills, even if they lack extensive experience or formal certifications. By providing just a few references, installers can now build credibility and stand out in a competitive market.
The Reputation Score is generated based on feedback from three to five references provided by the installer. References are asked a series of questions regarding the installer’s professionalism, punctuality, trustworthiness and the quality of their work. This feedback is then processed through Go Carrera’s patent-pending algorithm to produce a score that accurately reflects the installer’s reputation. This score complements the existing Hammer Rating based on technical skills and experience, providing a comprehensive view of an installer’s capabilities.
"We believe the Reputation Score will be a game-changer for installers who are just starting or those who may not have formal training but still deliver high-quality work," said Paul Stuart, founder, Go Carrera. "This feature will help bridge the gap for those installers, giving them more opportunities to secure jobs and grow their business. We’re committed to helping installers succeed by providing the tools they need to market themselves effectively and compete in today’s demanding industry."
