Floor covering and home accents manufacturer Nourison Home has appointed Wayne Pezzino as the new VP of sales. Pezzino will lead and direct the company’s sales team, helping Nourison Home strengthen and grow its brick-and-mortar sales channels. Pezzino joins Nourison Home with over three decades of experience in the interiors industry. Prior to Nourison Home, Pezzino held senior management positions with Ashley Furniture, Coast to Coast Imports and Shifman Mattress Company. In these roles, he consistently met revenue targets, helped build cohesive sales teams and contributed to fostering positive company culture and strong organizational values.
Panariagroup USA, a producer and distributor of premium ceramic surfaces, announced the appointment of Paolo Fraticelli as executive vice president of sales. He brings more than 20 years of experience in the ceramic tile industry. In his new role, Fraticelli will lead the sales team, develop and execute the sales strategy, and drive revenue growth. His background includes notable positions at Stonepeak Ceramics, the Iris Ceramica Group, and Gardenia Orchidea.
Stanton Carpet Corporation, a supplier of decorative carpet, custom rugs and hard surfaces, has appointed Trey Thames to the new role of senior vice president of soft surfaces. Thames will lead overall sales responsibility for Stanton’s soft surface business. Read the story.
Len Andolino, a 40-year flooring industry veteran, has re-established Andolino Management Group (AMG), focusing on the high-end decorative flooring industry.
