Unilin Technologies, the IP and technology division of Unilin, announces the launch of Unigrout Slim, a grout imitation bevel that brings the sophisticated appearance of ceramic tiles to vinyl flooring without the need for actual grout. Unigrout Slim will make its premiere at Domotex Shanghai, offering attendees an exclusive first look at this innovative product design.

Unigrout Slim is another addition to Unilin’s grout solutions. While FlinTile offers a locking solution with real grout for a 100% waterproof surface, Unigrout creates a grout appearance for those looking for the elegance of ceramic tiles with the convenience of vinyl. With the new addition, customers can choose between Unigrout, with its deeper, expandable bevel for spaces with varying temperatures, and Unigrout Slim, with its minimal design and maintenance, depending on their aesthetic preferences and practical needs.

Unigrout Slim features a minimalistic, shallow bevel design that creates a refined, modern look for any interior space. The shallow bevel makes cleaning easier, allowing floors to stay beautiful with minimal effort. As with Unigrout, Unigrout Slim provides versatile design options in a wide range of lacquered colors, as well as the option for a center groove to create the illusion of square tiles. Unigrout Slim is available on dryback products for glue-down installations, or with integrated click system for quick and easy floating installations. Unlike other solutions that need extra layers, this low-investment solution can be easily integrated into existing lines as it is milled into the extruded core.
