Three companies in the flooring industry announce their team's recent expansion and growth. Here are some highlights.
Oatey Co. announces that Jonathan Roebuck has joined the organization as vice president, corporate controller. Roebuck will replace Mickey McMillan, who is retiring at the end of May.
With more than 15 years of experience in accounting and finance, Roebuck joins Oatey from Medical Mutual, where he served as director of accounting and research. Roebuck also spent more than a decade in accounting at Ernst & Young.
Oatey Co. also announced that Matt Foraker has been promoted to senior vice president, wholesale. Foraker joined Oatey more than 20 years ago as a member of the supply chain team, before transitioning to the wholesale sales team in 2011 as national sales nanager, specialty divisions. Since then, he has served as regional sales manager in the Southeast and national sales manager for rough plumbing. Since October, he has led Oatey’s wholesale team on an interim basis as director of wholesale.
Panariagroup USA announces the promotion of Ashley Donaldson to the role of vice president of operations. In her new role, Donaldson will oversee all aspects of operations at Panariagroup USA including the National Distribution Center, customer care, transportation, procurement, supply chain, quality, and private label customers.
Cyncly announces the appointments of Wynn Grubbs as general manager for Cyncly’s flooring, kitchen, bathroom and furniture for retail solutions and Mark Lukianchuk as general manager for Cyncly flooring solutions.
Grubbs brings over two decades of experience in software as a service (SaaS) companies to this role, including experience supporting retailers through innovative software solutions including e-commerce, order management, point-of-sale, computer-aided design and product lifecycle management systems. As the head of Cyncly’s kitchen, bath and furniture retail solutions, Grubs will lead the strategy to serve designers and retailers. In the coming weeks, he will work closely with Gordon Bartels, who will transition away from day-to-day operational responsibilities as he takes on a strategic advisory role.
Lukianchuk brings a strong track record as a general manager who has scaled multiple business-to-business software companies. As the head of Cyncly’s flooring solutions, he will lead the strategy for serving residential and commercial flooring customers with one integrated solution that addresses the full project cycle from consumer inspiration and engagement to optimized project estimation, selling and resource management.
