The Carpet Residential R-1 Certification will take place on March 20 and 21, 2023. Participants must have two year's installation experience and can expect to learn: seaming new products, power-stretching and wall-trimming techniques; pattern matching: correcting bow, skew and pattern elongation; and stair upholstery without the use of staples

The Hardwood, Laminate and LVP Training and Certification will cover two days, March 22 and 23. It requires two year's of installation experience prior to the class.
Participants will learn: classroom and hands-on training of pre-finished hardwood; factory finishes, nail-down, glue-down, floating installations, staple/cleats; job site evaluation (estimating, preparation, balancing floors, transitions); grades (on, above, below), sub-floors; effects of moisture, moisture testing procedures, acclimation; and radiant systems.
