Taylor Adhesives hosted a Starnet partner exclusive on June 23 in Dalton, Georgia, which included a number of presentations and product demonstrations. Starnet and Taylor Adhesives announced the Preferred Vendor partnership on April 1. 

Taylor Adhesives is a leading producer of flooring adhesives and coatings for 45 years and specializes in advanced flooring adhesives for resilient, carpet, and wood flooring, plus coatings that encapsulate old adhesive residue to promoting moisture vapor mitigation in concrete subfloors. 

Shelley Ackerman, director of commercial groups, Taylor, opened the recorded event, providing a brief overview of the presentations and demonstrations. Paul Merfin, president, Meridian Industrial Division, followed with a company overview for Meridian. 

Gary Scheidker, director of technical services, Taylor, led the product overview, featuring Taylor's top-selling product Dynamic adhesive that is approved for multiple resilient flooring types and cork. 

In 2022, Taylor launched products specifically designed for floating floor installations and wall installations. Among those products is Gravity, an anti-skid substrate coating.

Scheidker described each step of a demonstration of Taylor's Resolute product that has been around for 11 years and has remained a cornerstone product in the company's product portfolio. Resolute is designed to provide an unlimited moisture vapor barrier, is engineered for heavy rolling loads and will stand up to topical liquids.
