The American Institute of Architects (AIA) and Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope announce the continuation of their strategic partnership in 2021.
This year’s partnership will continue to focus on fostering dialogue, engagement and innovation between Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope and AIA architect members.
“Working to provide our members with products and resources that can advance climate action while elevating their businesses is a priority,” said AIA executive vice president/chief executive officer Robert Ivy, FAIA. “Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope understands that mission and is committed to doing so sustainably.”
The strategic partnership—in its third year—is the first of its kind for AIA and a building products company.
“Entering our third year as strategic partners to the AIA, we are both incredibly proud of the work that we have done together and grateful for the ongoing collaboration with the architecture community,” said Liz Haggerty, president, Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope. “This partnership has allowed us to strengthen our support to architects through tools like our thermal performance calculator SystemSelect, and provided valuable insights like our joint research with AIA on sustainability, which will be released this spring.”
