HMTX participated in two panel discussions at GreenBiz 21, a conference designed to present the latest sustainability trends. 

HMTX’s Rochelle Routman, chief sustainability & quality officer, led a session "Creating a Culture of Mentorship in the Sustainability Field," sharing information on creating mentorship relationships and fostered a dialogue on the of leadership through mentoring and its lifelong impact and benefits.

Brian Greene, executive vice president-global supply chain, HMTX, participated on a panel, "Worker Health and Safety in a COVID-10 World." The discussion spotlighted worker health and safety and labor rights in today’s world with a focus on the urgent changes needed since COVID-19. Greene shared his global observations of changes in supply chains and the efforts HMTX Industries and other companies are making to change working conditions to keep people safe.
