The following is a statement from Fishman Flooring Solutions president Bob Wagner regarding the Covid-19 situation:
It is critically important to keep all Fishman stakeholders – employees and their families, customers, vendors and others – apprised of the company’s operations in light of the COVID-19 situation.
While the situation is and will continue to be fluid, we are currently operating at all 37 of our locations. To the best of our knowledge, there are no Fishman employees who are ill and none have been exposed to someone who is known to be contagious.
To better serve customers who have emergency needs and/or do not have the necessary products on hand to complete a flooring installation job, we have waived the minimum order for delivery service. Importantly, we continue to make regular deliveries to our commercial and retail flooring customers.
Customers who pick up orders are strongly encouraged to call ahead, so that the order can be pulled in advance of their arrival at the Fishman branch. This will greatly help everyone to adhere to the social discipline guidelines that have been established nationwide.
We are stressing to Fishman employees across the company the importance of social distancing, regularly washing hands and sanitizing commonly-touched surfaces, such as counter tops and door handles. We are holding them accountable for keeping Fishman branches as safe as they possibly can.
