The Bona Certified Craftsman Program (BCCP) represents a network of trusted hardwood flooring experts who are dedicated to providing excellent craftsmanship and customer service. These professionals are trained and certified by Bona to use the complete Bona System. As a benefit of this program, the Bona Certified Craftsman Convention strives to train craftsman to grow their businesses and expand their skill sets in hardwood floor finishing.
